Trust Center privacy notice

When you request a document from our Trust Center, we collect your name, work email address, organization, job title and the reason for your request, and we send emails to verify your address and sign you in. If a document requires a confidentiality agreement, we keep a record of your signature: your typed name, title, organization, email address, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, and a copy of the signed agreement. We log when you view or download a document, including your IP address, and keep our approval decisions.

We measure Trust Center visits without cookies: we record the page, the referring website's domain and your country, linked only to a scrambled version of a random identifier stored in your browser. We do not store your IP address for this. Visit records are deleted after 400 days and copies of our emails to you after 90 days. If your request is declined or your access ends, we delete your contact details and the details of your request two years later, unless you signed a confidentiality agreement, which we keep as evidence of that agreement. Signed agreements and access records are kept as evidence of the agreement.

We use this information only to handle your request, enforce the agreement and protect the Trust Center. We do not use it for marketing or share it except with the providers that run the Trust Center: Vercel (hosting), Fly.io (database) and Amazon Web Services (file storage and email).
